Who We Are ?
Dalan Youth Club (DYC) is a youth-led, community-based non-profit organization in Nepal, officially registered in 2079 at the District Administration Office, Saptari, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council. DYC is dedicated to empowering young people and marginalized groups through education, awareness, skill development, and community-driven initiatives. We focus on child protection, youth participation, women’s empowerment, and social development—building a society where every voice counts and every individual can thrive.

Whom We Help ?
At DYC, we work with children, youths, women, and disadvantaged communities in Saptari and surrounding areas. Our focus is on those who are marginalized, underserved, or at risk of exclusion, including girls and young women, children from poor households, Dalit and Janajati communities, and those facing barriers to education, health, and opportunities. By creating safe spaces, promoting inclusivity, and providing resources, we support them to learn, lead, and actively participate in shaping a better future for themselves and their communities.

What We Do ?
DYC engages, empowers, and equips young people and community members to become active contributors to social change. We organize and implement programs in child protection, education, health awareness, environmental conservation, disaster risk reduction, and livelihood support. Our initiatives include awareness campaigns, school and community-based programs, skill-building workshops, and support for marginalized groups. Through partnerships with schools, local government, and civil society, we create opportunities for youths and communities to develop leadership, strengthen resilience, and promote sustainable development.
